Rotary Second Threads Initiative

We’re excited to share the incredible progress being made through the Rotary Second Threads Initiative! With generous support from Chelsea International Academy, we have collected a large volume of clothes and khadas for meaningful upcycling — ensuring that nothing goes to waste and everything finds a second purpose.

✨ Here’s what’s already happening:
🧵 60 beautiful pocket squares have been crafted from printed khadas
👔 School ties made from Dhaka Topi fabric are now in production
🪡 Unusable and worn-out clothing is being converted into microfibre, which will be used to create floor mats, rugs, and cushions for donation to communities in need
